The first project of Black Cow Press was the Richmond Great Eats Directory. It was a simple concept, namely a printed restaurant guide to the Richmond-Petersburg radio market.
Black Cow Press sold the advertising, and WRVA sold the distribution, which it then promoted on the air.
A win for both. And the restaurant community, which got a free promotional boost.
